Gemma Bolton, Appoint Personnel’s Office Manager, will be locked in a kennel on the 28th September 2012 and she needs your help to escape!

Gemma is one of ten competitors in the Bath Cats and Dogs Home (BCDH) 2012 Kennel Break, which aims to raise more than £20,000 for the home.

The BCDH is an independent charity, responsible for generating the £1.3 million it costs to care for and home its animals each year.

Armed with only a phone and a laptop, each competitor must raise £2,000 before their release. And there might be a few twists along the way: donors can double their money to keep the competitors behind bars for that bit longer!

Gemma is a keen supporter of the charity and is one of their volunteers, helping to handle the small animals awaiting adoption.

Gemma said: “I’m ever amazed by the homes staff and volunteers who work so hard to create a loving environment for some seriously distressed animals. I hope to do my bit by reaching the fundraising target.“

To help Gemma win the title of top dog and support the cause, you can donate via Just Giving: http://www.justgiving.com/kennelbreak
