Avon Fire & Rescue Service (AF&RS) is supporting this year’s Road Safety Week with a series of displays to young people in Bath and Weston-super-Mare.
With road traffic collisions the biggest cause of death among young people (Brake) AF&RS promoted safe driving to students at the City of Bath College yesterday.
Firefighters set up an accident damaged vehicle with an actor inside playing the part of an injured teenager.
Young people were then invited to visit Avon Fire & Rescue Service’s website to watch two short videos and find out what happened to the teenager.
