An upcoming landlord expo, created in partnership with the Council, is set to take place in Bristol on Thursday 3rd April from noon till 7.00 pm.
Landlord Expo, is the biggest event of its kind in the South West.
The event is sponsored by Shawbrook Bank and features over 80 exhibitors ranging from local authority stands to letting agents, financial experts, trades people and suppliers; everything for a landlord under one roof.
There is a full packed programme of seminars during the day, topics include:
- Deposit protection good practice;
- Tax issues for landlords;
- Funding for energy efficiency measures;
- Section 21 Notices;
- Gaining the competitive edge;
- Using finance to grow your portfolio;
- Burning issues for landlords;
- Making your council work for you.
All seminars are free to attend and don’t require pre-booking.
The event, which is being held at the University of the West of England Exhibition and Conference Centre, is aimed at anyone who is already a landlord or letting agent, or who is considering entering the private rental market.
With information stands, seminars and demonstrations, the annual event informs private landlords, letting agents and other investors of the wide range of commercial and council services available to them.
The event is organised by Bath & North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset Councils.
