This Friday, 14th October, Ben Howlett, the Member of Parliament for Bath, will be holding a drop-in surgery at the BANES Council One-Stop Shop at Lewis House on Manvers Street between 2.30pm and 4.00pm.
This is one of Ben’s regular drop-in surgeries around Bath and follows a very busy drop-in at Sainsburys Green Park last Saturday.
Ben’s surgeries are a place for advice if you feel you have been treated unfairly by a Government office or agency, a major problem affecting people in the local area or to support a campaign you feel strongly about.
Ben said: “The One Stop Shop surgeries are always extremely popular, and a diverse range of issues are brought to my attention.
“Lots of my constituents use the One Stop Shop for help with issues such as council tax, housing benefit and to seek help from our excellent Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
“However, if residents have more specific problems with central government policies where I am best placed to help and it is great to able to provide assistance in one place.”
Due to high demand, appointments will be kept brief and given on a first-come, first-come serve basis. Take along any relevant documents or correspondence.
If you are unable to go along on 14th October, you can find out more information about Ben’s surgeries on his website or contact him via email on [email protected]
