Plans have been unveiled to build three homes on a brownfield site in the Westmoreland area of Bath.

Two new buildings are being proposed on land at the rear of Thornbank Place.
One would accommodate two one-bedroom flats, and the other would be a one-bed detached property.
The application submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council says the scheme, drawn up by architects Mitchell Eley Gould, will provide high-quality, sustainable homes and avoids any overlooking.
The homes would be car-free, but there would be cycle storage and the site is said to be a five-minute walk from the city centre with “excellent connections” to public transport and key facilities.
Each home would have its own outdoor space, and there would be a communal rear amenity area.
The planning reference is 25/04210/FUL and the deadline for comments is 4th December.
