Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a man suffered a broken nose in an assault on Cleveland Walk in Bath.
It happened at around 10.30am on Saturday 1st July. The victim, a 55-year-old from Bath, had driven from Cleveland Bridge to Cleveland Walk when a car which had been following closely behind him blocked his vehicle.
The driver of the other car then got out and punched the victim through his open window.
The suspect then drove away towards Bathwick Hill in his car, a blue Ford. He was described as a white man aged between 20 and 30, who was wearing dark clothes.
The victim was taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath for treatment to his injuries and was left shocked by the incident.
