Police appeal for help tracing missing 52-year-old Jane Schofields from Bath

Avon and Somerset Police have launched an urgent appeal for help to find a vulnerable 52-year-old woman who has gone missing in the Bath area.

Jane Schofields, aged 51, is missing from the Barton Buildings area of the city and concern is growing for her welfare. At the time of publishing, she has been missing for nearly 21 hours.

She is described as a white woman, about 5ft 11ins tall with grey shoulder length straight hair.

She wears glasses. Unfortunately, it is not known what she is wearing.

She is thought to have gone missing at around 12.30pm yesterday, Friday 30th November 2018.

Jane regularly walks in the Queens Square area of the city and also alongside the River Avon.

She may appear quiet and withdrawn.

Police would like Jane or anyone spotting her to contact them immediately. Please call 999 providing the reference 5218266163.
