Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for help from the public to locate a wanted man, Paul Targett, in connection with a racially aggravated public order offence and theft.

The 51-year-old is described as white, 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build. He has a Welsh accent and has tattoos on both arms.

He usually frequents the central areas of Bristol and Bath.

If anyone sees Targett or knows of his whereabouts, officers ask you not to approach him but to call them immediately on 999, providing the call handler with the reference 5216217977.
