One of Bath’s Two Tunnels, which has been mainly closed since early January because of flooding, has been reopened now that water levels have dropped.

The shared-use Two Tunnels Greenway connects Bath and the Midford Valley and is managed by charity Sustrans.

The shorter of the tunnels, the Devonshire, has had drainage problems since before Christmas.
Sustrans said the Devonshire Tunnel was open again but urged cyclists and walkers to proceed with caution through the still-flooded section at the entrance.
Sustrans say they are continuing to monitor the water levels.
