Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Waste Campaigns team is holding a second-hand furniture sale on Saturday 28th January from 10am to 12 noon at the old MOD building next to the Recycling Centre in Keynsham.
Items for sale include wardrobes, bedside tables, retro display cabinets, arm chairs, plus much more. Prices range from around £5 to £40, there’s also a selection of free items, including bedside tables and coffee tables.
All items have been brought to the Council’s Recycling Centres by residents and are in good enough condition for re-use.
Payment must be made in cash and all furniture bought must be taken away on the day.
There will also be an opportunity to visit the Council’s recycling roadshow at the sale to find out more about the changes happening to local rubbish collections in autumn 2017.
The Council can give you advice on how you can reduce your waste, answer your recycling queries and you can pick up free recycling containers if you need them.
