A consultation information event is being held on 26th October, from 3pm to 7pm, on the redevelopment of Beazer House on the Lower Bristol Road.

Information will be displayed in the reception area of the site showing details for the demolition of the existing building, which is nearing the end of its economic life, to provide a new hotel with associated landscaping and improved biodiversity.

Frank Capital, the owners of the building which currently houses L&C Mortgages, will be showing details of the scheme and inviting people to learn more about the project and share feedback.

This event will provide an opportunity for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to get an overview of the redevelopment plans, ask questions, and provide their insights and suggestions.

Developers say a planning application will be made in due course to B&NES Council.

All information on display will be available on 26th October at www.beazerhousedev.com.
