Plans to turn a 15-bed townhouse hotel in Grade I listed Great Pulteney Street into a house have been lodged with Bath & North East Somerset Council.

The proposed changes to the five-star Windsor Townhouse, which is number 69, include minor alterations to the floor layout, including the removal of modern partitions to restore the building’s historic value.
Both planning permission and listed building consent are being sought for the conversion of the six-floor building, which already has a residential flat.
The planning reference is 24/00655/FUL and the deadline for comments is 28th March.
