Sharon Hunter, of Carter Jonas’ Bath office, has won a prestigious ESTAS People Award 2016, for the second time, at the annual awards ceremony held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.

The awards highlight exceptional levels of service provided by firms working in the residential property sector and were presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer.

The Carter Jonas national lettings team also scooped silver at the awards for Best Regional Letting Agency Group, voted for by landlords. The ESTAS are one of the largest and longest running awards in the UK property industry and winners are decided purely on ratings provided by a firm’s clients.

Sharon, who heads up the lettings team in Bath said: “It’s fantastic to know that clients hold our service in high enough regard to win such a prestigious ranking among national agencies and I’m also thrilled to win a personal award. Being recognised by our clients means such a lot.

“Being nominated is a great accolade for us because the award relies totally on client feedback and that makes it all the more special and it demonstrates the consistent high level of client service that we continually strive for.”

Lisa Simon, head of residential lettings, Carter Jonas, said: “We opened our first letting office in Bath just five years ago. In this time, Sharon has expanded the team, allowing local residents to benefit from the quality of service and our successful track record.

“As a team, we are committed to sharing best practice and market knowledge across our office network, to help achieve an exceptional level of service.

“To have been recognised by our clients, at both a local and national level, is a ringing endorsement of how we continue to work together to deliver this, and is a testament to the whole team.

“Already, we are looking forward to next year’s awards, when we hope to again celebrate some of our exceptional people and our team.”
