HPH Commercial Property, based on Kingsmead Square in Bath, has announced Dorothy House Hospice Care as its charity of the year, with a number of fundraising activities on the way.
Over the coming months staff at HPH will be taking party in a range of fundraising activities to support the local hospice which cared for 1954 people with life-limiting illnesses last year as well as their families and carers.
Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Ltd said: “Dorothy House is an extremely important local charity that provides end of life care for patients and much-needed support for their loved-ones across the region every year.
“It is a cause that is close to many people throughout Bath and parts of Wiltshire and Somerset and as a company we’re happy to be offering our support over the next 12 months.”
Corporate Fundraiser for Dorothy House Henrietta Beard added: “As a charity we are largely reliant on the generosity of individuals and local businesses to allow us to provide a comprehensive range of care services to those with life-limiting illnesses.
