Local communications firm Creatrix PR, based in Bath, has had a busy start to the year adding new clients and a new staff member to its books.

The company has increased its client portfolio by around a third since November, signifying another busy year ahead as the company enters its 16th year in business.

Established in 2000 by company directors Gary Squires and Vicky Windsor, Creatrix works with clients across a broad range of sectors including property, business to business and leisure.

As part of their core work the team at Creatrix assist clients in holding public consultation events ahead of the submission of a planning application, helping to garner the all-important feedback from the public.

The business has strong experience working in the property sector, helping developers on a variety of planning schemes.

So far this year two clients, Bath Rugby and Ediston have secured planning consent for major projects within the city.

Ediston has been granted permission to redevelop the Pinesgate site on Lower Bristol Road with 113,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space and a new campus for Kaplan International College.

Bath Rugby has been given permission to expand capacity at The Rec to 14,500 and replace the West Stand.

Other clients include Bath Riverside developer Crest Nicholson, Mulberry Park developer Curo and Bath based commercial property firm HPH.

To assist with the recent increase in clients, Liza-Jane Gillespie has joined the team as a Senior Account Manager.

With ten years’ experience in journalism, Liza-Jane previously worked as Assistant News Editor at the Bath Chronicle and brings a wealth of experience in media relations, social media and communication.

Director of Creatrix PR Gary Squires said: “2015 was a successful year for the company, helping clients with standalone projects as well as a variety of ongoing PR and marketing campaigns.

“We ended the year on a high with the expansion of our client portfolio.

“We’re lucky to have a diverse range of clients and an in-house team with a broad scope of experience and skills which helps to set us apart from the competition.

“Welcoming Liza-Jane to our team in Bath will add more depth to the expertise we can provide clients.”
