‘The Restaurant’ at Homewood Park has announced the appointment of new Head Chef, Scott Galloway, bringing a wealth of experience from award-winning kitchens across the UK.

The award- winning venue is regarded as one of the best restaurants in Bath and has held its two Rosette status for over 10 years.

Scott brings a wealth of experience from award-winning kitchens all over the UK having worked in Michael Caines’ ABobe, Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath and Lower Slaughter Manor.

Speaking of his appointment, Scott said: “I am very excited to be joining Homewood Park’s team and bring my culinary experience to the kitchen. Having started my career in cooking at 22 years old and travelling all over the UK, I’m delighted to be coming into the Bath foodie scene as it’s such an exciting time going from strength to strength.

“With a background of British fine dining and modern gastro pub dining, I’m excited to create new menus using my experience of the two and creating a whole new modern style of British fine dining.”

The new Head Chef will oversee all culinary operations within the luxury restaurant and add his own stamp to the kitchen to complement the existing unforgettable dining experience by adding in fresh, foraged ingredients.

Scott’s rich wealth of experience includes a whole host of award-winning restaurants and hotels including Tracey Park Golf & Country Club, Toravaig House Hotel, The Chequers and Royal Crescent in Bath, all of which have been awarded 2 Rosettes, as well as The King William and The Roman Camp Hotel.
