Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident in which a man on a mobility scooter collided with a van and later died.
At around 2.25pm on Friday 5th July, the 65 year old man was travelling along Summer Hill in Frome when it’s believed he lost control of his scooter and collided with the side of a van.
He was taken to the RUH here in Bath where he received surgery but sadly died on Tuesday 9th July.
