Avon and Somerset Police are seeking witnesses and information following a two car road traffic collision on the M4 slip road at Junction 18 for Bath on Saturday.
Similar to the vehicle involved.
At around 1pm on the 21st April, a light blue people carrier, possibly a Citroen Xsara Picasso (pictured) is believed to have changed lanes suddenly causing a dark blue Vauxhall Astra to swerve and lose control.
The Astra spun in the carriageway and collided with a red Mini that had just joined the motorway at junction 18.
The Picasso was not hit but failed to stop at the scene.
Officers would now like to speak with the drive of the Picasso as officers believe they would have been aware that this collision occurred.
The driver is asked to call police on 101 and anyone who witnessed this collision is also asked to make contact.
