Three of Bath’s leading musical groups will be joining forces for a concert of popular music this Saturday, 18th March, in aid of the Goldies Charity which works with older vulnerable people.

The event is taking place at St Swithin’s Church in Walcot, featuring The Bath Spa Band, the Bath Welcome Choir and the Choir from the Norland College.

Proceeds from the concert will support the Goldies Charity and it’s work with older vulnerable people across Bath and North East Somerset.

Bath music man Grenville Jones will lead the Welcome Choir and the Norland Choir who are giving their services to support Goldies.

Grenville said: “With increasing numbers attending our fun sing and smile sessions across the area we now want to reach out with more sessions and also to be able to offer community bus transport to those who are unable through infirmity to attend.

“This concert will put more smiles on more faces across B&NES.”

Doors will open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets are priced £10, and are available from Bath Box Office 01225 463362 or by calling 01761 472468.
