Signal problems between Bath Spa train station and Westbury are causing a second day of delays for commuters in Bath.
The signalling fault on the line is currently being dealt with by a Network Rail team.
Road replacement transport has been requested, and passengers will be able to use their train tickets from affected journeys on the buses provided.
Train services running through and between the two stations may be delayed by up to 30 mins or revised at short notice.
An estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed by Network Rail.
Rail tickets are also being accepted on First Somerset & Avon bus route 264 & 265 between Bath Bus Station and Trowbridge/Westbury.
These delays follow on from emergency engineering work by Network Rail yesterday, which caused severe disruption for train services between Bath Spa and Chippenham.
The line problem left First Great Western (FGW) having to cancel a number of trains through to Bristol Temple Meads and to Penzance.
