Crest Nicholson Regeneration has received recognition for the quality of its Riverside development in Bath from a national award body.

The New Homes and Garden Awards 2014 has presented the company and the development with a Silver Gilt for its general landscaping whilst its communal gardens was awarded best in category.

The Awards are now in their 12th year and look to recognise the very best landscaped new properties throughout the UK.

The judging panel features an array of experts from the gardening and landscaping sectors.

Development Executive Fareen Lalani said: “The landscaping and gardens has always been a very important part of the Bath Riverside project.

“Our aim has been to create a beautiful riverside setting that compliments the city of Bath and we’re obviously delighted to have been recognised for this and to receive these awards.”

The communal gardens at Bath Riverside include fruit trees, large outdoor tables, a children’s play area and a wide variety of florae.

Other landscaped areas include the newly named Victoria Bridge Gardens.
