B&NES Green Party are hosting two ‘open house’ events to the public during the election campaign where voters can come and meet candidates for the local and parliamentary elections.
Bath’s Green Party candidates for the local election as well as prospective parliamentary candidate, Dominic Tristram will host a family friendly event at the Friends Meeting House on Saturday 18th April from 11am – 3pm.
Jon Lucas, Bath & NES Green Party Coordinator said: “We are hosting an open house for anyone who is thinking of voting Green and wants to meet the candidates standing in their ward or for the Parliamentary seat.
“It will be an informal event where parents can bring their children along as we will have face painting, rosette making, and printing activities to engage them with the election.
“There will also be a ‘Green’ Bookstore and many other examples of local sustainable projects operating in the city.”
Meanwhile candidates for Keynsham & Salford will be in Keynsham High Street between 10am – 1pm.
North East Somerset Green Party candidates including their PPC Katy Boyce will host their event on 2nd May at the Midsomer Norton farmer’s market.
