Bath’s independent parliamentary candidate Loraine Morgan-Brinkhurst MBE has announced a schedule of dates where Bath’s voters can meet with her and discuss key issues.

To reach as many people as possible, Loraine’s campaign bus will be visiting all wards in Bath between now and election day on 7th May.

The community meet and greet bus tour is starting with Weston this Saturday 28th March.

In advance of Loraine’s visits around Bath, leaflets will be delivered to local homes with the schedule of dates, times and places.

The schedule will also be available on the campaign website: www.loraine4bath.org.uk

Loraine said: “While I have a very clear manifesto in mind with my long term knowledge of the City, I am keen to get as much input as possible from Bath’s residents.

“Taking part in the hustings has given me some good insights, but I am conscious that not everyone can attend evening meetings so hopefully by using my bus I can reach more people and spend more time with them individually.

“Alternatively, if there are specific questions people would like to ask me, they can email me and I will do my best to respond to them all. It is such an important election for Bath I would urge everyone to have their say in the run up to the election.”

Councillor Nathan Hartley, Independent group leader on Bath & North East Somerset Council, said: “I think it is a great idea that Loraine has a bus that will take her into the community of Bath and I am also pleased that Independent Candidates for the Bath Council wards have been offered the opportunity to join Loraine when she visits their areas.”
