Wessex Water is to hold its annual apprenticeship open day on Saturday 19th October at its Operations Centre in Bath, with locals being invited along to find out more about the opportunities available.

The open day will consist of a number of activities which will enable attendees to find out more about the company’s apprenticeship opportunities.

Activities will include speed interviews with managers, talking with current apprentices and exploring the advanced technology used by the water and sewerage company.

Early careers co-ordinator Eva Jefferies, who has helped to organise the open day, said: “Our apprenticeship open day will be an invaluable experience for anyone who wants to find out about what we really do at Wessex Water.

“We want to show people that an apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity, not only as an entrance into a career but as a career change too.

“We hope our open day will be insightful and beneficial to everyone who attends, while also helping them to discover roles that they may not have knew existed.”

Doors will be open from 9.30am to 2pm.
