Avon and Somerset Police have launched an appeal for witnesses who may have seen a red Audi TT in Saltford near Bath, in connection with an investigation into a sexual assault.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the distinctive car parked in the public car park of The Shallows between 6pm and 8pm on Thursday 8th February.
They believed passing dog walkers are likely to have witnessed the vehicle in the car park at that time.
The appeal relates to an investigation into a sexual assault on a female.
Police say the victim is receiving all the expert help and support she needs and they’re updating her on the progress of the investigation.
