Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for help from the public to identify a man they want to talk to in connection with an ongoing enquiry into an incident of fraud in Bath.
The incident occurred between 3pm – 7pm on 22nd February 2018 at St Johns Court, St Johns Road, Bath.
The CCTV image is of a man officers believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries.
He is described as white, with short dark hair wearing a red waterproof styled coat and carrying a dark holdall.
