Avon and Somerset Police have issued an appeal for the public to help them with their enquiries into a theft at the Mineral Water Hospital in the centre of Bath back in August.

CCTV images have now been released of a man officers believe may be able to assist with their enquiries in relation to the theft of items from a patient at the hospital.

This occurred sometime between 1st August 2017 and 2nd August 2017.

The man is described as white, of large build with short dark hair and was wearing a short sleeve grey t-shirt.

If you recognise him, contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, quoting 5217176784.

If you would like to speak to the police directly, call 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5217176784.
