Police were called to Weston High Street shortly after 4pm on Tuesday 14th April, following reports of a sudden death at an address in Sheppards Gardens.

Ambulance crews attended the scene, along with a critical care team from the Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance, but the woman could not be revived.

Avon & Somerset Police said the woman’s family has been informed.

A force spokesperson said: “Our thoughts are with them in their loss.”

Police added that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and that the coroner’s office has been informed.
