23rd January – 8PM Update | We’re pleased to announce Bella has been reunited with her owners and is safe and well. Thank you to those who shared our appeal.

A search is underway for a Yorkshire Terrier, named Bella, who has been missing from her home in Weston village after escaping last Monday evening, 15th January.

A campaign has been launched on Facebook, and an appeal is also being hosted via the Dog Lost website.

Bella, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is chipped and was wearing a collar and tag, escaped from a house in Weston in Bath last Monday and is believed to have been picked up by a passerby who attempted to locate the owner.

The owners of the dog are now trying to trace two girls they believe took the dog to a number of houses in the Haviland Park / Eastfield Avenue area of the village.

It’s believed the dog was due to go to the vets for blood tests as she is experiencing seizures when tired, and is also limping on one leg.

Bella’s family recently moved to Weston from Keynsham, and are concerned that Bella doesn’t know the area. A reward has been offered for the safe return of the dog.

If you have any information, or know the two girls who found Bella, contact 07443616558 or visit the dedicated Facebook group.
