Two Bath-based choirs will be supporting a new charity that has its heart in the city with a special concert on Saturday 26th November at the Central United Reformed Church in Argyle Street.

The ThreeAs charity is newly set up to provide specialist counselling following brain injury to the residents of Bath and the B&NES area, in response to the loss of the specialist brain injury services that were available at RNHRD (The Min) in 2014.

The concert will feature two of Grenville Jones’ choirs, who are performing without charge to support the work of ThreeAs.

Starting at 7pm the concert features the Bath Children’s Choir led by Anna Bland and the Bath Good Afternoon Choir.

Admission is free with a collection at the end of the evening to support the work of the charity.

Ethan Harris, from the ThreeAs charity, said: “We are delighted that Grenville has agreed to support our work and this will be a delightful evening with music to suit everyone.

“The Bath Children’s Choir membership is made up of children from across local primary schools and the Bath Good Afternoon Choir with its membership of over 90 voices meet every Thursday afternoon.

“They are a non auditioned choir who sing for the pure enjoyment it brings.”

Doors open on the night at 6.30pm and there will be refreshments during the interval.
