Bath Property Letting has announced the acquisition of the letting agency of Aquarius Homes, based in Combe Down.
Dick Jenkins, Chief Executive of the Society and Director of Bath Property Letting, said: “We are delighted to invest in the growth of Bath Property Letting. “As a local business, we were keen to find a property company to add to our portfolio that had similar local values to ourselves and were delighted when Aquarius Homes approached us, as they were a good match and a well-respected, family run business with a big presence in Bath.
“This acquisition has seen the Bath Property Letting portfolio grow by 17% and we are keen to continue to expand our letting activity through acquisitions and through single property growth”.

Sara has built an excellent lettings business based on providing a good quality service. Unfortunately the strain of running the business has had a detrimental effect on Sara’s health which was is why she has decided to sell the Lettings business. Sara is now helping her husband Richard to expand the residential Sales business.
