Avon and Somerset Police are reminding tradespeople not to leave valuable copper in or on their work vehicles.

It follows two separate thefts of copper piping worth several hundred pounds from vans in Innox Road and Oriel Grove. Both of these incidents happened overnight on 6-7th December and in both cases the copper was taken from carry tubes on the van roofracks.

If you have any information, or want to report anything you may have seen, contact Bath Police Station on 101.
