Bath names squad for Gallagher Prem Rugby return

The Bath side taking on Harlequins on Friday 26th September has been revealed, as the Blue, Black and White prepare for their Gallagher Prem Rugby return.

Beno Obano makes his return to the team, Tom Dunn starts as hooker and is joined by Vilikesa Sela who has his first Gallagher PREM Rugby start.

Quinn Roux and Charlie Ewels have been selected as the two locks in the engine room.

The back row will start with flankers Josh Bayliss and Guy Pepper, with Miles Reid slotting in at No.8.

Ben Spencer will captain the side at scrum-half, whilst Max Ojomoh will wear the number 10 jersey and is partnered by Cameron Redpath and Ollie Lawrence in the centres.

Henry Arundell makes his Bath Rugby debut on the wing and will be joined by Joe Cokanasiga on the other wing. Tom de Glanville will start at full back.

It’s a six-two split on the bench with forwards Kepueli Tuipulotu, Francois van Wyk, Archie Griffin and Ross Molony joined by Ted Hill and Sam Underhill.

Backs Tom Carr-Smith and Chris Harris will be ready to make an impact off the bench with what would be Chris Harris’s Bath Rugby debut.
