Avon and Somerset Police are asking people to cast their mind back to August to see if they can help with a case of serious assault.
It happened at around 3.30am on Sunday 25th August outside The Nest nightclub in Bladud Buildings.
A 20-year-old man was the victim of what’s believed to be an unprovoked attack that left him with a broken jaw and fractured cheek.
He needed surgery and is still recovering from his injuries.
So far police have not been able to identify the person or people responsible for the attack.
They are now appealing for anyone with information, or who may have seen what happened, to call 101 quoting crime reference number 84172/13.
