Bath & North East Somerset Council is carrying out a series of improvements to Royal Victoria Park, investing over £500,000 to make facilities even better for everyone to enjoy the park.
From this week, there will be a new catering unit available in the play area with refreshments for adults and children – including healthy options from local, sustainable sources.
This will be followed in the Autumn by a brand new café in the main building offering an even wider range of quality and value for money refreshments.
The café and rides will be run by WJ Catering, a South Gloucestershire-based family business.
As members of the Showman’s Guild they have access to a large variety of children’s entertainments.
Rides like a Pirate Assault inflatable will be made available frequently and different rides will be brought in on some weekends and other special events.
