Odd Down woman denies failing to give police a breath test

A woman from Odd Down in Bath has denied a charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of having driven.

On Thursday 11th September, Pagan Taylor, of Ridge Green Close, pleaded not guilty at Bath Magistrates’ Court to the alleged offence.

It is said to have taken place on 23rd August at the custody centre in Keynsham.

A trial date was set for 2nd February 2026.

The 38-year-old was granted unconditional bail.
