Avon and Somerset Police have launched an appeal for help to identify a man they want to speak to in connection with a burglary at a property in Batheaston.
A quantity of cash was taken from the property in Elmhurst Estate, Batheaston, during the burglary.
The victim left her home between 9.15-9.30am on Thursday 19th July.
At 1pm that day, a man who was working in the area, and who knows the victim, noticed three men near to the front door of her property.
He contacted her and asked whether she was expecting anyone but she said that she wasn’t.
He then went back to the property and challenged two men who were stood by the front door. They ran off, followed by a third man who had been in the property.
They are thought to have left the area in a Ford Mondeo.
When she returned home, the victim discovered that the front door had been forced and a quantity of cash taken.
Police have released an e-fit image of one of the men believed to have been involved in the incident.
Officers would like the man, or anyone recognising him, to contact them on 101, quoting the reference 5218161392.
