Bath magistrates have revoked a community order issued by another court on a 25-year-old man with mental health and drug issues.

Ben Badman, who is currently living at the Julian House shelter in Bath, was in breach of the order, having missed appointments and turning up to one intoxicated, a probation officer told the court on Monday 27th October.
The court heard that the order had been imposed earlier this year by a court in Cardiff after Badman admitted to a public order offence in Greggs and an assault on a member of staff at the Central Square shop by pushing her shoulder.
Duty solicitor Sam Stevens told Bath magistrates that Badman had a difficult upbringing after his mother died and he was taken into care; he has a lot going on in his life, but has taken steps to sort himself out.
He has come off spice, is coming off heroin and still has issues with crack cocaine.
Magistrates revoked the community order and fined Badman £200. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85.
