Avon & Somerset Police have launched an appeal for help from the public to find a man who is wanted on recall to prison.

22-year-old Alexander Tigoglu, who was last seen in Bath and has links to Emersons Green in South Gloucestershire, failed to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court.
Tigoglu is described as white with dark-coloured hair.
