Locals are being given the opportunity to showcase their gardens, hanging baskets, pots, and window boxes.

The free and fun event encourages all forms of gardening and floral displays, with the aim of enhancing the local environment and raising awareness of environmentally friendly gardening practices.

Judging will take place in June when the gardens are in full bloom, and participants will receive constructive feedback and various levels of awards.

The Bath in Bloom competition recognises the work of gardeners of all levels of expertise and experience and will celebrate their efforts at an award ceremony at the end of the season.

Entries will not be judged against each other, but instead, the initiative seeks to recognise the work of individual gardeners.

More information about entering can be found on the Bath in Bloom website at: www.bathinbloom.org.
