Hi, we’re HUB and you may have seen that we have recently acquired the former Homebase site on Pines Way with Bridges Fund Management.

We want to transform the site into a vibrant mixed use community space, comprising professionally-managed rental homes, affordable housing, commercial and retail spaces, enhanced public realm areas and new pedestrian and cycle routes.

At HUB we pride ourselves on building relationships before buildings to transform communities, delivering positive social impact as well as reducing our impact on the environment.

As such we would like to invite you to join us at Green Park Station on Friday 22nd March to see our initial plans and discuss the redevelopment.

We’ll be there from 9am to 7pm to take on board ideas from the community and answer any questions you may have.

This event offers you the chance to connect with members of our design and development team. There will also be arts and crafts activities on the day for small (and big!) children to help contribute to the designs.

You will find us under the big pink gazebos – we look forward to seeing you there!

  • Date: Friday 22nd March
  • Time: 9am – 7pm
  • Location: Green Park Station Market, Bath

If you’d like to stay up to date on project news, find out about opportunities to support the consultation process or speak to someone in the team, visit our consultation website, or get in touch directly – we would be happy to talk.

Thank you to everyone who has already contributed to the conversation.

We held over 130 incredible conversations with members of the community at our first Community Conversations Pop-Up event at Green Park Market and have used these to shape our upcoming community events.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to all the businesses trading that day who made us feel welcome and part of the community – as well as keeping us fuelled with fantastic food and drink.
