The Bridgemead Residential and Nursing Home in Bath is holding a ‘money can’t buy’ charity auction on 7th March, to raise funds for the not-for-profit organisation.
Bridgemead is a not-for-profit residential and nursing home in St John’s Road, Bathwick, which also offers day and respite care to local residents.
It is a ‘home from home’ where vulnerable older people are cherished and enabled to live fruitful lives. A recent visitor, Lord Foster of Bath, said: “At Bridgemead there is always something going on, there are a lot of activities to engage people.
“People always have a chance to do new things rather than just fade away. They are given care and support to get on and do the things they really want to do. I love this place.”
The charity auction is being held at the Gainsborough Hotel on 7th March, by invitation only.
