Bath-based housing association and house-builder Curo is set to hold a conference for its residents on 17th and 18th September at its offices in Twerton, Bath.

Curo’s Samantha Thomas chats with a customer at last year’s event

Paul Harris, Curo’s Executive Director Customer Experience, said: “Feedback from last year’s conference was really positive, so we’ve kept things similar for 2019.

“There are daytime and early evening sessions to choose from and it’s going to be informal and welcoming, with the emphasis on us listening to and learning from our residents.

“There’ll be a chance to meet teams from across Curo, to ask us anything and to see what we’ve changed as a result of feedback we’ve received over the last year.

“We’ll also be celebrating the amazing things Curo residents do with our inaugural Curo Community Awards.

“We’ve added some fun kids’ activities so we’re really hoping people will bring all the family. We’re asking anyone who needs help getting here to tell us so we can help out with transport.”

The event is free for anyone living in a Curo home, or receiving a Curo service such as its Independent Living Service.

Customers can find out more, book places or nominate someone for a Curo Community Award by visiting www.curo-group.co.uk/residentsconference or calling 01225 366000.
