Bath’s largest law firm Withy King has strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of solicitors Rhiannon Campbell and Richard Gorham.

Rhiannon has worked for law firms in Bristol and London, working on non-contentious commercial property issues for a range of private and public sector clients, including healthcare and investment acquisitions and disposals, corporate landlord and tenant work and secured lending arrangements.

Richard qualifies into the team, having completed his training at Withy King while undertaking work in the renewable energy, retail and secured lending sectors.

Paul Daniels, partner and head of Withy King’s 38-strong commercial property team, said: “We have worked hard to strengthen and expand our commercial property expertise and offering and this is reflected in the high calibre of clients, projects and people we are attracting to the firm.

“We are delighted to welcome Rhiannon and Richard as we look to further develop our reputation in several key sectors, including healthcare, pension investment, leisure and property development.”

Withy King is a full service law firm providing a comprehensive range of services to businesses and private individuals.

Withy King is a UK Top 100 law firm and was ranked 45th in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for 2016 with a two star ‘outstanding’ accreditation.
