Veg box pioneers Riverford Bath hosted a special supper at Demuths Cookery School in Bath for Zita Alves’s platinum fitness clients earlier this month (5th July).

The supper was cooked by cookery school owner, Rachel Demuth, using Riverford’s organic vegetables and included summer veg frittata and a roasted carrot, beetroot and cumin salad.

Zita runs Zest Bootcamp outdoor group exercise classes in Bath. Zita’s motto is #eatmoreveg and she purchases a weekly seasonal, organic vegbox from Riverford.

For more information or to try a seasonal vegbox, give Riverford Bath’s vegteam Vicki and Alan Mowat a call on 01225 437438.
