Review | The Chris Arnold Experience – Forum Coffee House

Is it an experience? Well, yes it is. This is not your standard-issue one-man-and-his-microphone stand-up set.

Mr Arnold does appear in person, and he does have a microphone, but he also appears on-screen multiple times with multiple other people in a farrago of silliness about all the jobs he’s had – and he’s had a considerable variety of employment, I can tell you – plus an obsessive love affair with Gloucester services on the M5, pan pipes, whether his wife approves his purchase of a stuffed panda (which makes a live appearance onstage) and much, much more.

All of this is a fast-fire and apparently chaotic mish-mash of seemingly trivial stuff – but is actually a very cleverly put together, highly original, and endlessly entertaining hour of Powerpoint fun.

I recommend anyone to experience it. You won’t be disappointed.
