Police in Bath are appealing for help to identify a woman they’d like to talk to about the theft of a purse from Morrison’s Local in Twerton High Street.
A woman shopper forgot she’d left her purse on the till area after paying, but when she back a few moments later it had gone.
It was found a short time later dumped in a bin outside, with a small amount of money missing.
The woman in this CCTV picture is believed to be local and to use the store regularly.
Officers would like anyone who knows who she is, or if you are that woman, to please call Bath police on 101 quoting reference number 50565/14.
The theft happened at around 2.15pm on Tuesday 20th May.
