The Larks, who finished one place above the relegation zone in 2024-25, must make the trip to Kayte Lane on Saturday 9th August.

Athletic’s first home game of 2025-26 will see them take on Malvern Town – last term’s beaten play-off finalists – at Plain Ham on Wednesday 13th August.

Promoted to the division this season are Devon side Brixham, Hartpury from Gloucestershire, North Somerset’s Portishead Town and Worcestershire villagers Sporting Club Inkberrow.

And Larkhall will go to Brixham for their third match of the league programme, on Saturday 23rd August.

Dropping down to Division One South are Frome Town, Swindon Supermarine and Winchester City.

The Larks’ derbies with Frome will be played on Wednesday 29th October (at Badgers Hill) and Saturday 21st February (at Plain Ham).

The derby games against Melksham Town will take place on Monday 25th August (at Plain Ham) and Saturday 3rd January (at Meads Of Melksham Community Football Stadium).

And the derbies with Westbury United will go ahead on Saturday 18th October (at Plain Ham) and Saturday 10th January (at Platinum Hyundai Park).

There will be no Boxing Day action for Athletic this season, but Bristol Manor Farm will come to Plain Ham on Saturday 27th December. The return fixture will be at The NL Services Stadium on Easter Monday, 6th April.

Although Helston Athletic were relegated after only one season at Step 4, Larkhall still have two long trips to Cornwall for league matches during 2025-26.

They will go to Mousehole – based just nine miles from Land’s End – on Saturday 27th September and Falmouth Town on Saturday 28th March.

The Larks’ league campaign will end at home to Mousehole on Saturday 25th April.

Also demoted during the spring were Cinderford Town, Thatcham Town and Cribbs. Salisbury-based Bemerton Heath Harlequins resigned from the competition and will play in the Velocity Wessex League.

The Southern League fixtures were announced this afternoon (Friday 18th July).
