The Down, from Jewson Western League Division One, will take on their neighbours, from Enterprise National League South, at the Lew Hill Memorial Ground in the second round of the competition formerly known as the Somerset Premier Cup.

City reached this stage by brushing aside Western League Premier Division outfit Bridgwater United 4-0 at the Cannon Clarke Stadium @ Twerton Park, whereas Odd Down booked their place by overcoming a largely youthful Yeovil Town side 1-0 in Bath.

In a statement, the Down said: “We would like to remind any supporters thinking of attending the Francis Hillier Premier Cup tie against Bath City that the Lew Hill Memorial Ground has limited turnstiles, so we advise you to arrive early to avoid any delays. The turnstiles will be open from 6.30pm.

“Tickets are available on the night at the turnstiles – cash and card. Adults £6, concessions £3, students £3, and under-16s free when accompanied by a paying adult.

“Odd Down is a smaller venue, so supporters are encouraged to arrive early to secure entry.

“Supporters are advised to use Odd Down Park & Ride. Additional parking is available in nearby streets but supporters are asked to be considerate of local residents.

“The clubhouse at the Lew Hill Memorial Ground will be serving drinks and snacks.

“The What’s Cooking trailer will be serving hot food and drinks.”

Kick-off tomorrow will be at 7.45pm.
