Home start for Odd Down but Larks kick-off away in U18 league

Odd Down have been handed a home start in the 2026-27 Western Counties Floodlight Youth League for U18 teams – but Larkhall Athletic must travel for their opener.

The Down will receive Yate Town in their first game of the Premier Division campaign. The match against last term’s North Division champions will be played on Thursday 10th September.

Odd Down’s furthest trip, to Mid Devon outfit Tiverton Town, will be on Thursday 3rd December.

A spokesman for the Down said: “An exciting campaign lies ahead, with plenty of competitive football under the lights as our young squad continues its development against some of the region’s top youth sides.”

The Larks will kick-off their Central Division season by taking on Welton Rovers at West Clewes on Tuesday 8th September.
